• Complete project’s electrical work within established policies, procedures, time frames, and budgets • Communicate job status data to management • Ensure the completion of electrical work related to each installation of all solar projects • Ensure safe work practices
Job Duties
• Perform electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC) • Assemble the solar electrical work per contracted plans and related codes • Pull necessary electrical permits and work with necessary AHJ with final electrical inspections • Collect records of all permits and electrical inspections for each project • Generate list of electrical requirements for individual AHJs as they arise • Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues • Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability • Complete the proper paperwork for each job completed • Maintain appropriate safety and professional certifications
Skills and Qualifications
Current electrical license required,experience in solar or construction preferred, strong interest in renewable energy, strong interpersonal skills and desire to work within a collaborative team, excellent communication skills – both written & verbal, ability to accurately relay information, excellent organizational and time management skills, high level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, valid driver’s license/clean driving record/dependable transportation to and from work, ability to carry up to 50 pounds, understanding of solar team operations both in office and in field

Ensure the completion of installation of all solar arrays/systems
Ensure safe work practices
Job Duties
Pull inventory for each installation job
Pre-assemble job components in the warehouse
Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware
Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
Assist with any electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)
Document completion of completed installation
Clean up of job site
Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
Additional duties required as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Electrical and roof work experience, general construction or carpentry experience, previous solar experience strongly preferred, must be able to lift 50 lbs, able to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc), must be willing and able to climb ladders / stairs / work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time, basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, customer service skills, ability to thrive in a team environment, regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
Job Responsibilities
Serve clients by selling products and meet their needs accordingly
Job Duties
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, establish new accounts
Maintain client data and personal tasks in CRM system
Prepare sales presentations and adjust content of sales presentations by studying type of sales outlet or trade factor
Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports and weekly work plans to management
Gather current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and/or chamber of commerces, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Attend occasional trade and home shows
Prepare for and attend work events as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Solar industry knowledge preferred, technical sales knowledge helpful, in-home sales experience, motivation for sales, customer service, meeting sales goals, closing skills, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships skills
